The Club wishes to employ a Head Grounds person, suitably qualified, to maintain and continue to improve the playing surfaces and surrounding areas at the Club.

At present the Club has a large cricket pitch with 24 tracks, 6 grass tennis courts and 6 all-weather tennis courts, 2 of which are covered by an air dome during the winter, and a full sized football pitch.

The position is full time and based on an average of 40 hours per week which is skewed between summer and winter working.

The salary will be in the region of £22k for a basically qualified person but would be more for a qualified and experienced candidate.

Normal benefits will be provided and the new Grounds person will be encouraged to continue their own personal development.

Some summer assistance may be provided but the new Grounds person must be a self-starter and capable of working on their own without continued supervision.
