LCF INTERLEAGUE 2025

Comp competing at U11 12 13 14 15 and 17. Nomination forms with clubs

We are once again competing in the Lancashire Junior Interleague Competition at U11 12 13 14 15 and 17. The playing rules and arrangements are broadly the same as in 2024 although, as a consequence of the ICEC Report, some of the U11 fixtures will be played before the end of the school term to enable the County to organise regional cricket at this level in the summer.

Nomination Forms have been sent to the named Junior section lead of all those clubs playing in the Liverpool Competition Junior League, plus our three Welsh Clubs, for nomination to the U11 12 13 14 15 teams.
As usual; the U17 team is chosen on past and present League performances
The Wigan Junior League is once again taking part in the competition as a separate league
There is a separate competition for Girls. (Information to follow in due course)
Parental nominations not accepted.
Closing date for nominations is Friday 28 February,
Indoor Trials for U11 12 and 13 are on Saturdays 29 March and 5 April
Indoor Trials for U14 and 15 are on Saturday 12 April.

Finally, we will be required to host around 18/20 home fixtures, mostly between 28 July and 29 August. We rely on the support of clubs to host the home games and thank those clubs that have done so in the past and would be grateful to hear from any club volunteering to host a game.
