CLARIFICATION OF "ABOUT US" CONTACT REQUIREMENTS

The League will introduce separate arrangements for Team Captain details

Following feedback on the recent AGM item on Contact Details and the ECB Premier League's Accreditation requirement in relation to the ABOUT US page on Play Cricket we have sought clarification.

The following applies:

Leagues must take steps to ensure that all clubs/teams playing in their competitions have updated profiles on Play-Cricket detailing (at a minimum) the ground and clubhouse address, all the club’s teams and the contact details (including email addresses) of at least three role holders at the club. This is a gateway condition that must be satisfied before accreditation can be granted and is also an ongoing Tier 1 obligation.

All Clubs are asked to ensure that this is done.

We will establish a separate closed arrangement for ensuring Captains contact details (specifically phone numbers) are available for those in other clubs as well as umpires, that need them
