They regain the title won in 2021
Sefton Park have added further to their trophy cabinet this season by winning the Women's Hardball Super 8's League. Following their win in 2021 in the competition's inaugural year, and Bootle's win in 2022, 2023 sees them regain the title. Pushed all the way by rivals Liverpool and Northern, their triumph was by the narrowest of margins on run rate over Northern, who finished second. In the last round of games, Liverpool had the chance to take the trophy with a win away to Bootle but lost the game by 29 runs.
