In accordance with the Constitution of the L&DCC Item 7, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 14^th January 2020 at Firwood-Bootle Cricket Club at 7.30pm.

Clubs are asked to discuss these matters carefully before the meeting and to note that their attendance at the meeting is mandatory.
