CAPTAINS CONTINUE TO FAIL TO COMPLETE REPORTS ON UMPIRES AGAIN

HALF OF LAST SATURDAYS MATCHES HAD NO UMPIRES' REPORT SUBMITTED.

THE MESSAGE BELOW, ISSUED LAST WEEK, FAILED TO PRODUCE RESULTS! CUP MATCHES LAST SATURDAY HAD MCUA UMPIRES AND REPORTS ARE THEREFORE REQUIRED. APPARENTLY ONLY 18 CAPTAINS SUBMITTED REPORTS. IF THE MISSING REPORTS ARE SUBMITTED WITHIN THE NEXT THREE DAYS, IE BY SATURDAY, NO FINES WILL BE LEVIED. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY TIME YOUR MATCH IS UMPIRED BY A MCUA APPOINTED UMPIRE A REPORT MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN FOUR DAYS OF THE MATCH.

Clubs were warned at the Captains' Meeting and the Pre-Season SGM that they would no longer be warned by MCUA.

Ainsdale, Leigh, Northop Hall, Rainhill and S&B have all offended twice. 5.30 pm Wednesday is the deadline for receipt of these reports from Saturday matches, which should provide ample time for captains to complete the card and forward it to Kevin Wilson (kevin1949@virginmedia.com). The fine for failure is £15 - Cl 8.1.13 page 59 of the Handbook.

The late reports from the first three weeks have all now been submitted but the fines will stand.
