The four proposals in outline are
1. proposal allowing over 40s players to play on a Sunday on the same basis as the age group players
2. proposal for a reduction in fines for conceded games in the 3rd XI structure
3. proposal that a cut down and simplified 3rdXI Match Result Form together with the two team cards would be sent to the ARS after the game by the home team
4. proposal that eligibility regulations would be applicable in full in future to Associate Member clubs in the 3rd XI structure
