The draws for the knock-out stages of the Bridging Finance Solutions 'Ray Digman Trophy' and the Chester Cup were made at the Cricket Committee meeting at Wallasey tonight.
Strictly In accordance with Section 1 of the 2012 Playing Regulations (page 29 of the R&R Handbook) the qualifying teams from the Group Stage were entered into the draw for each competition. In the draws the top club in each match will play at home and the Chester Cup positions are the reverse of those in the BFS KO for those clubs with teams in both competitions - Clause 1.1.5 of Section 1.
The play-by dates for the 1st Round of each competition have been extended by one week in view of the extremely wet start to the season and the cancellation of so many other cup matches on Sunday 30th April.
