CONVENING OF 36TH CLUB SGM

... the BFS L&DCC gives notice that a Special General Meeting of all full member clubs has been convened ...

.....on Tuesday 22nd May 2012 at Bootle CC at 7.30 pm for the purpose of electing a 36th club to the BFS L&DCC in 2013 as required under Sections 3 (3.8) and 8 (8.2) of the Constitution of the BFS L&DCC.

All candidate clubs for admission to the BFS L&DCC in 2013 will be assessed in the same way before their final admission is confirmed. Assessment will require:

1. The wish of the club to enter the BFS L&DCC.

2. Reaching the required minimum BFS L&DCC Club and Ground mark [Minimum Mark as per 2011 for Division 2.

3. Possession of current Clubmark certification.

4. Possession of or currently working towards at least 2 coaches qualified and registered at ECB Level 2 or above.

5. Possession of a minimum of a first and second XI and preferably a third XI.

6. Possession of a current juniors section which competes in at least two local age group competitions.
