44 youngsters from 29 clubs to benefit.

Saturday 18 January sees the start of the 2020 Liverpool Competition Player Development Programme, once again at St Bede’s Cricket Centre in Ormskirk.

44 players between the ages of 13 and 18 from 29 of the League’s clubs will receive 20 hours quality and innovative coaching over a ten week period. Now in its twelfth year, the programme, costing around £6000, is funded primarily out of fines collected from clubs during the 2019 season.

The Programme is once again managed and delivered by Steve Critchley, ECB Level 3 coach, and Lancashire Age Group Coach, this year, together with ECB Level 3 Coaches Mark Aspin, Sam Holt, Chris Chambers and Aaron Redmond.
