at Liverpool John Moores University - starts 31 July

Strength & Conditioning camp for young cricketers aged between 15 & 19.
- Cricket specific training plans, tailored to the individual to allow for additional work
- Individual consultations.
- Role specific conditioning sessions based around bodyweight exercises.
- Postural analysis, with correctional exercises and movements.
- Core stability, flexibility and injury prevention techniques.
- An education on how to lift safely and an introduction to functional movements and Olympic
lifting.
- Foundations built for training development in future years
- Guaranteed transfer of training- programs designed for results on the pitch
- Nutrition seminar.
- Mental health & wellbeing seminar presented by mental health & wellbeing charity Opening

Small training groups allowing for more a personalised session.
- £100 per person.
- Starting July 31st, Mondays & Wednesdays, choose your time 12-1pm or 8-9pm.
- 4 weeks of training, 2 sessions a week.
- Ongoing program to continue to work with after the course.
- Free nutrition seminar. (£20 for additional places, parents welcome.)
- Free mental health & wellbeing seminar. (free additional places, parents welcome.)
If these times don’t fit your schedule, or you would like a completely personal training experience,
individual session blocks are available on request.
