FAROKH ENGINEER AT THE CRICKET SOCIETIES!

A great night to be had, come along!

This month's guest speaker at West Lancashire Cricket Society, on Wed 15th November and the Merseyside Cricket Society on Thur 16th November, is Farokh Engineer. He played 46 Tests for India and played first-class cricket for Bombay in India from 1959 to 1975 and for Lancashire from 1968 to 1976.

He is currently a match referee in the Indian Premier League and will be sharing episodes from his long and very special career.

The West Lancashire Society meets monthly throughout the Winter at the Royal Clifton Hotel on Southport Promenade, with Mick Newell and Derek Randall amongst this term's speakers. The Merseyside Cricket Society also meets monthly at Sefton Park Cricket Club "the day after". Single membership costs £20, or £8 on the night (refunded if you become a member).
