The Forty Club enjoys the reputation of being the largest wandering cricket club in the world.

We play midweek cricket all over the UK at some of the finest grounds.

Our fixtures card contains some 120 fixtures a season against Colleges, Schools and Youth XIs, plus a further 80 against clubs.

We have an Inter District Tournament against other Districts in the country to decide who are the winners for the UK.

We organise 2 overseas tours a year. We have sister clubs in Spain, Holland and Denmark and stage an international competition against these three every year.

We hold an Annual Dinner in a prestigious venue in London, usually Lord’s or the Oval.

If you live in the counties of Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire or Cumbria you live in our North West district. This season the district has fixtures, against schools, and Club sides.

Full membership is £30 pa for over 35s; for players aged 18 to 35, associate membership is £10: and we offer free membership for school masters!

If you love good cricket as we love good cricket, and can afford the time to play two or three times a year for us, then come and join, as we are always looking for new players whatever your age.  If you have time to play more, excellent!
