Rainford back on top of Div1; St Helens Town continue to lead Div 2

Lytham go top after a home win against Birkenhead Park and are one point clear of Ormskirk who drew with New Brighton. Fleetwood Hesketh are off the bottom after a win against Wallasey and Rainhill continued their steady start in the top flight with a win over Leigh. S+B had a fine win over Maghull with Northern beating Bootle.

Rainford return to the top after beating Wigan; Ainsdale had a good win over Northop Hall and Newton Le Willows convincingly beat Sefton Park. There were also wins for Formby, Highfield and Liverpool.

St Helens Town remain top with a win over Burscough; Prestatyn go second after beating Spring View; ParKfield Liscard are third after the win over Sutton and Old Xavs beat Hightown and are in fourth. Skelmersdale beat Birkenhead St Mary’s and Caldy won at home to Alder.
