Ormskirk win 4 out of 4; Northop Hall and Wigan joint top of Division 1; St Helens Town clear in Division 2.

Ormskirk remain top of the Premier Division after an 80 run win at Bootle, Gary Knight starring with 105 not out. At the other end of the table Rainhill won a thriller at Sea Cop. After bowling Fleetwood Hesketh out for 70, (Mohammad Qureshi 8 for 17) they got home by one wicket.

Wigan and Northop Hall maintain 100% records in Division One and are joint top after wins over Wavertree and Sefton Park respectively. Matt Critchley shone for Wigan with five wickets and 93 not out in their four wicket win whilst Northop Hall won by six wickets.

St Helens Town are twenty points clear at the top of Division two after an eight wicket win at Hightown.
