RAY DIGMAN TROPHY

Parkfield's win at S+B earns them a 2nd round tie at home to Northern whilst Maghull, after beating Sefton Park complete the round with a home fixture against Liverpool, successful over St Helens Town. Elsewhere there were wins for Rainhill, Birkenhead Park, Caldy, Wavertree, Spring View, Highfield, Formby, Bootle, Rainford, Orrell, Wigan, Colwyn Bay, Leigh and New Brighton.

All Round 2 winners go into the hat, together with the two outstanding ties,for the draw for the next round at the Cricket Committee this Tuesday ( 22 April).

CHESTER CUP

Northern play S+B and Liverpool host Maghull in the two further second round ties with Rainhill, Birkenhead Park, Wavertree, Spring View, Highfield, Bootle, Old Xaverians, Northop Hall, Wallasey, Lytham and Ormskirk so far from the results posted , safely through to Round 3 - to be drawn as above.
