As announced at the 2018 AGM on Tuesday 16th January, at the Pre-season Meeting in April, the LG-L&DCC will again be providing two Tilflex pink Oxbridge Magna balls per club, (these are as used by ECB in their National T20 Competitions) at a cost of £10 per ball for use in the various 2018 LG-L&DCC T20 competitions i.e. in the Embee, Chrysalis and ECB T20 KO Cups.
This is very good value and is exactly the same price as that charged in 2017, it compares with a normal price of at least £13.50 each if the balls are purchased directly from Tilflex or even more if purchased locally. This cost of £20 will be included in the pre-season statement that will be given to all clubs at the meeting
Again exactly as in 2017, if any club wishes to buy more pink balls over and above the two allocated please email the Treasurer as soon as possible but in any case by the 14th February on alanjbristow@gmail.com or ring him on 01925 790 334 so that we can collate the cost-saving L&DCC bulk order in good time.
