New date for End of Season Meeting; Annual Dinner; Indoor League; Clubmark and Managed Migration.

END OF SEASON MEETING – Date Change

Please note that the End of Season Meeting planned for Tuesday 4 October will now take place on Tuesday 25 October at Bootle CC 7.30pm. Calling papers for the meeting will be sent out shortly.

ANNUAL DINNER – Friday 7 October

Clubs, should by now have received their allocation of four tickets for this year's Annual Dinner and Presentation Night on Friday 7 October Bootle Cricket Club, together with details of how to order additional tickets from John Rotheram. Please reply to John as soon as possible with exact numbers.

WINTER (INDOOR) LEAGUE

Applications are coming in for the Indoor cricket competition to be held at St Bedes, Ormskirk in October and November. The playing format and the costs (£30 club registration and £24 team payment per game) are the same as last year. Please let rob.durand@btinternet.com know as soon as possible if your club wishes to take part no later than Friday 23 September.

CLUBMARK

As previously informed, in order to maintain Clubmark status in 2016, clubs must undertake an annual health check, which for this year will be online rather than paper based as previously. This is to be done online at www.ecb.co.uk/healthcheck

We are aware that not all Liverpool Competition Clubs have done this yet and we urge those that haven’t to do so by no later than the final date of 20 September 2016.

MANAGED MIGRATION

The letter from Paul Bedford ,ECB Head of Non First Class Cricket, is printed in full in the Management Bulletin Section of the website. We stress the need for all clubs to be aware of these details and in particular the specific Home Office interpretation of the new category of Standard Visa Visa which has replaced the Sports Visitor Visa.
