REGISTRATION OF NEW PLAYERS - ACT NOW

Date: 7th April 2016

Important information on registration of new and overseas players.

PLAYER REGISTRATION BEFORE SATURDAY 16 APRIL

In order to avoid a repeat of last year’s mad rush to get players registered to play in the first game (Cup-ties on Saturday16 April) Clubs are urged to process all new and transferred player registrations now.

All players, including Category 3 exempt, but not including Category 3 players, registered in 2015, remain registered.

All new and transferred players MUST be registered on play-cricket by 12 noon on Wednesday 13^th April. Any player not on the system will not be eligible to play. This year there will be no exceptions.

NB – If you do not have all appropriate details of your new player or are awaiting a player transfer form from another club please enter the details that you have by no later than noon on Wednesday 13^th April and follow up with other details and documentation to arrive with Neil Girvin ng-ldccregsec@sky.com 07548772759 by no later than 5pm on Friday 15^th.

CATEGORY 3 – PLAYERS NOT ORDINARILY RESIDENT IN ENGLAND

Category 3 players are eligible to play from Saturday 23 April and will need to be registered by 12 noon on Wednesday 20^th April.

NB – If your overseas player is arriving between 12 noon on Wednesday and the game on Saturday, please enter all the details you have on play-cricket before 12 noon on Wednesday and follow up with copies of documentation – Visa, Passport and Police Clearance to arrive with Neil Girvin ng-ldregsec@sky.com 07548772759 by no later than 5pm on Friday 22^nd.

Any Category 3 player not on play-cricket by 12 noon on Wednesday 20^th April will not be eligible to play on the Saturday.
