PRE-SEASON CAPTAIN'S MEETING

CAPTAIN'S EVENING

Thursday 31^st March at Bootle CC

7.00-8.30 pm

Once again we invite Team Captains to an informal pre-season evening designed to highlight important rule changes for 2016 as well as providing an opportunity to discuss any and all issues relevant to the forthcoming season.

The evening will cover the following areas:

· Rule changes from AGM 2016 - Playing Regulations and Cup Regulations

· A Refresher on Captain’s Match Day responsibilities

· Pitch and Umpires Marking

· Disciplinary Procedure 2016

· Run through of 2016 revisions to the Laws of Cricket and any Umpiring Issues

· Representative Cricket in 2016

· Press and Website Coverage

· Open Forum

Please note that Captains/Senior Players of 1^st 2^nd and 3^rd teams are all welcome. A hot buffet will be available from 6.30pm and it would be helpful if clubs could indicate names and numbers of those attending, prior to the evening, to Chris Weston chrislizweston@talk21.com
