DISCIPLINARY REPORTS - AGREED ACTIONS

Disciplinary Reports have been received from the 1st XI matches between Burscough and Alder on 1st August and Skelmersdale and Burscough on 8th August.

Alder CC has banned the player David Conlan for three weeks for foul and abusive language against Burscough's female spectators. Conlan was already subject to a suspended one week ban which came into force immediately, ie from midnight on Friday 7 August and the three week ban continues from midnight on Friday 14 August. In addition David Conlan was also given a four week ban suspended until the end of the 2016 season. Alder CC is commended for its prompt action in this regard.

Skelmersdale CC has banned its player Ban Maddocks for two weeks from midnight on Friday 14 August for dissent after being adjudged out stumped. A further ban of two weeks suspended until the end of the 2016 season has also been imposed. Skelmersdale CC is commended for its prompt action in this regard.
