DISCIPLINARY REPORT - AGREED ACTION - R DONNELLY & C McGANN

An umpire's report was received from the match between Northop Hall 3rd XI and St Helens Town 3rd XI on 7 September.

The Northop Hall 3rd XI umpire wrote to the L&DCC complaining about the abusive behaviour of Ryan Donnelly (St Helens Town 3rd XI captain) and Connor McGann (St Helens Town bowler).

St Helens Town CC has accepted that the complaint is valid and has banned Donnelly for 1 week with a further 1 week suspended and McGann for 2 weeks with a further 1 week suspended. The bans will commence at midnight on the Friday immediately preceding the start of the 2015 season and the suspended bans will remain in force throughout the 2015 seaosn.

The club is commended for taking this action which has been delayed by holidays of the senior club officials.
