NOTICE OF POST SEASON MEETINGS 2014

Three meetings and an Annual Dinner:

End of Season 2014; Annual Dinner 2014; 3rd XI End of Season 2014; AGM 2015

In accordance with the Constitution of the Mi L&DCC item 8(e):

Notice is hereby given

(i) of the MiL&DCC End of Season 2014 Special General Meeting to be held at Sefton Park Cricket Club on Tuesday 7th October 2014 at 7.30pm.

The agenda is attached below. Clubs are reminded that attendance at this meeting is mandatory.

(ii) that the Mi L&DCC Annual Dinner 2014 will take place on Friday 10^th October 2014 at 7.00 pm at Bootle Cricket Club. The speaker will be Gladstone Small.

(iii) that the Mi L&DCC End of Season 2014 3rd XI Special General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 11^th November 2014 at 7.30 pm at Sefton Park Cricket Club and that papers for this meeting will follow in due course. Clubs are reminded that attendance at this meeting is mandatory.

(iv) that the Mi L&DCC Annual General Meeting 2015 will take place on Tuesday 13^th January 2015 at 7.30 pm at Bootle Cricket Club and that papers for this meeting will follow in due course. Clubs are reminded that attendance at this meeting is mandatory.
